Vague Requirements
Repetitive communication
Lack of visualization
As teams scaled, message-based communication and manual coordination became inefficient. This project introduced a unified collaboration platform to improve requirement management, task tracking, and design delivery efficiency.
Pros
Real-time notifications and seamless communication
Familiar and easy for teams to adopt
Easy record-keeping and information retrieval
Cons
Difficult to manage and categorize requirements consistently
Back-and-forth communication and repeated confirmations
Slow response and coordination times
Pros
Clear visibility into task workflows
Familiar and widely adopted by product teams
Supports requirement management and progress tracking
Cons
Inconsistent processes across teams
Cumbersome ticket creation workflow
Non-standardized task status definitions

Streamline Requirements
Create Requirement Traceability
Establish Resource Management

Auto-surface required materials and guidelines to reduce omissions.
Enable collaborative form completion and file uploads.
Use embedded guidance to improve readability and review efficiency.

Centralized view of all design requests for easier tracking
Real-time updates on status, materials, and feedback reduces repetitive communication
Unified interface for requirements, assets, and status tracking to improve collaboration transparency
Centralized view of ongoing design requests for quick access to status, assignees, and deadlines
Filter tasks by deadline, status, and product type
Unified workspace for updates, files, and completed requests

Leading this project end-to-end was a valuable learning experience. Beyond delivering the final solution, I explored accessibility through screen reader–friendly design and facilitated my first research workshop. Despite the project's short timeline, it strengthened my design, research, and collaboration skills and remains one of the most meaningful experiences of my internship.
